Definitely agree , you will also find more over Summerland point/Gwandalan way of cottage type , better value paying extra for better than having to spend on reno.

Andy that Masterplan is something council put out which is their wish list. It requires funding by state government, I think they are also asking for the planning stage to also be funded by government.
