Some of my pet hates regarding Real estate Agent Lingo like Cosy, cute and quaint. The reality is small and undesirable. What about the overused 'Nestled'? There's gotta be a better word surely?! Suitable for first home buyers, investors etc... - I'm neither of these and might still buy...
