i have roller blinds with a 90 turn on a single roller (powered) for two butt-joint windows I have. There is a 5 or so cm gap where the 90deg angle component is. You can't avoid a gap entirely but it is quite small. Plus it simplified the blinds a lot for that room. its from here...
