One thing I think should be mentioned, during the 70's there were periods where the real rate of interest was negative. Think about it, it could happen again, even if not through "interest free loans".

Sounds almost too good to be true. Im guessing they invest that 5% deposit/fee before returning it to you at the end of the loan. I look forward to the outcome of your investigation Simon.
