I've got a revised edition which I think is only a few years old. He's all about finding yield properties but also goes into detail on things like adding value, vendors finance and option finance amongst other things. It's interesting that I've read books from a couple of authors now...

Wheels are in motion already - just trying to best figure out where best to invest my time next. Currently reading McKnights "0 to 135 properties.." book.

I had recommendations from this forum to read peter spanns books. In searching for his books on Google I came across this thread. I'm now having second thoughts about investing my time into reading his books. Can anybody that has read them share any insight?
