Hi all, I bought in 2008, land for $70,000 and built a small house for $120,000. All up cost about $200,000 during settlement. The value went up to around $265,000 in 2011. But currently I think is $230,000 because of cool market. Weekly rental $275 pw. Still good investment ? :confused:
