Thanks Terry What happens if there was a spelling mistake by the purchaser's vendor on buyer's name on contract? How can this be ratified?

Please advise what a conveyancing solicitor will do from the date of a client's paying deposit to agent for purchase of a property to settlement date. Will there be any discussion with the vendor's solicitor on contract terms after sale date (is it the same as contract exchange date)?
