Hi Terry, so if owner lives from 1 May and leaves on 1 Jun (1 month) when spouse moves in for 5 months till 1 Nov, will there be land tax payable then?
For PPR exemption on land tax, will the 6 months' continuous occupation of the property by owner and spouse added together (if moves in one after another immediately) or counted separately?
