ANZ dropped their 3 yr rate today... was 5.13 now 5.05 on break free package. and their 2 yr dropped 0.05% aswell. 1 year 4.79% p.a. 2 years 4.84% p.a. 3 years 5.05% p.a.

4.64% i beleive is part of their affinity package and you only qualify if your a gp, surgeon, dentist or optometrist...

4.69% for 3 yr i can find on their website today. However there are restrictions such as u must be a shareholder.. LVR % etc etc...

If your going for lowest rate, then check cannex/canstar, because (without offset) Greater Building society 1 Year Fixed Rate 4.34% Newcastle permanent is 2 Year Fixed Rate 4.49% p.a. and the 3 yr fixed of 4.64 is AMP.

anz have put their 2 yr fixed rates up as of yesterday too. Interest in advance 2 yr was 4.79 now up to 5.09 and normal fixed rate has jumped up was 5.09 now too 5.44 not taking in the 0.15% break free disc. their 3 yr rates are still the same from looks of things.

is it just me or has anz raised their 4 and 5 yr fixed loans by 0.05%? now 5.99 - 0.14(break free) = 5.85% I thought it was at 5.80 with the break free for a little while. 1, 2 and 3 yr fix is at 5.4% with break free and is unchanged.. as far as i can tell..

lol i had a dream last night interest rates are going to drop another 1.55%! Hrm... maybe its just wishful thinking.... ANZ also dropped their variable 0.2% effective the 19th oct, so will be interesting to see if their fixed rates come down aswell... I still think we have another month...
