IP #1 is starting to get underway! :D They have footings done and slab poured. Finance application is starting to get processed (fingers crossed our application for IO, 97% LVR, 40yr term doesn't get knocked back by the LMI people ;) ) Just had to share. :)

WooHooo!!!! They have finally started our IP!! They have started putting the footings in, so it looks like it might be finished before christmas after all. :) Now I just gotta find out if we are still able to obtain finance, so that we can actually pay for it when it is completed. :D

RE - I went 10 days over this last time. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you don't need to wait that long.

well our IP settlement is now looking like it will be Nov/Dec. pmsl. Now remember that we signed over 12 months ago, with complete orginally due in Jan/Feb of this year. ROFLMAO!!! Who wants to take bets that it is completed before christmas? :D
