Is titles search something free? btw, why is the land 100 x 250? It adv that it's a 1000 sqm land. Are the measurements always in cm? or yards? or ..........

I got that page: "plan of subdivision" but it doesn't have those "lines" I'm used to seeing, usually they will draw a line inside your lot to tell you about easements? or maybe mine doesn't have any?!?!!? hmmmm, but it has gas/water/electric connected.........hmmmmm, Lot 10...

Should I be concerned? I've asked the town council, and I was told to get it from the seller's S32 :(
