The issue is that if it sounds too good to be true it usually is and the numbers don't make any sense. This is part of what I do for a living, I own stakes in 5 different t private businesses and negotiating on 2 more atm. A multiple of less that 0.5 for such a profitable business makes no sense...

If they're making $180k a month nett why would they value the business at only $900? Doesn't add up
