Im with Andy here. Ultimately a 4 bedroom home on a large block of land is likely to appeal to fanmily buyers and a family of say 4 would want more than 1 bathroom.
I would not be surprised if that is affecting your sale pretty significantly, id recommend making it as easy as possible for...
