I suspect the comment is more valid for commercial finance marisa. I know with my multis they did look into who the builders were so if you were the "builder" for your own project of say 6 villas it may work against you from that point of view

Marisa, One thing to also consider is taking on too much. You are now going from someone who has always been a very good investor to a developer and that will naturally mean some mistakes/lessons along the way. Adding builder to that might be too much all at once imo. If your projects are...
