    That's a shame, one good thing is that trades have been coming back earlier and earlier, this year I think some came back around 5th and majority a week later. When did your builder get to site?

    I can unequivocally say that anyone paying $510k for a 2 bedder here has far more dollars than sense. What a else ludicrous idea
