I think that Hoppers Crossing is very under-valued. I am sure a lot of people of this site disagrees. I am also biased in the sense that I own houses in Hoppers Xing and Werribee....I bought these for 170k and 130k in 2006....they are now 280-290k and 240-250k respectively. You be the judge as...
