    Hey Dazz it does not have a "Wh" in front instead of the "L"! :p On a more serious note.....I believe there is also a way to move properties into a SMSF prior to retirement. Whilst you will pay CGT....the income in the SMSF will be more tax effective. Need to read up more on this....
