Where did you get those stats from? According to the RACV website (top burglary rates), 3023 (Deer Park/Burn Side/Caroline Springs) is listed as 22nd in the top 40 with 1 in every 37 homes. Further, the burglary stats since 2003 for Caroline Springs look like this: 2008/09 37 2007/08 39...
