    Young man, try to see the bright side of the deal. This block is bit small... But location wise, you can easily convince planners for apartments, if the block is around 2000m2. Those pockets of land that individuals scare of building, are good gems to developers.. keep looking...

    Thanks Wattle. Yeah very good point. I wouldn't go ahead with any cheap deal without a inspection. 2nd house only worth land value minus demolition charges, I guess. Unfortunately, I m not based in Franks. So have to take a calculated risk. cheers

    any 600+ sqm ,under 300k mhhh, Im after a block(e). Should be 600+sqm with a house for close to 300k. cheaper the better. condition of the house is not a big concern. Would I be lucky in franga?
