I like large projects to small. There are some councils that got plans to built great wall of china, but the projects never get off the books. But small projects with little money and local contractors, always realistic. Thanks Nik

Thanks Wattle. Yeah very good point. I wouldn't go ahead with any cheap deal without a inspection. 2nd house only worth land value minus demolition charges, I guess. Unfortunately, I m not based in Franks. So have to take a calculated risk. cheers
