Not sure. Customs and immigration have merged. Immigration is in Belconnen, customs is in civic. They want to consolidate into one place. Could be Belconnen, could be civic, but they've also talked about somewhere cheaper like maybe Woden or Brindabella near the airport...

Regarding Belconnen, be aware that is possible the Immigration offices may relocate in the next 6-12 months. If that happens, it could affect property prices and rent there, as it would mean a few thousand public servants working elsewhere in Canberra.
