    Agree Thailand/Scamland is possibly the worst country in SE Asia for providing any sort of service. None of the staff at Big C, Tesco, Home Pro, 7-Eleven etc give a hoot about customer service. In fact they will try and rip you off given the chance. This poor fella was robbed after he died...
