no i didnt, there wasnt any deadline actually but the agent wont be able to physically get it signed till next week anyway and we both know this from the start actually
im in queensland, the thing is the contract has not been signed by the vendor and returned to me yet, it will only happen next week. so i am withdrawing my offer today
