    Dimmy, welcome to the forum and congratulations on your first purchase. I do have a couple of concerns, though. Is the property in joint names? If so, is she still paying her share and are you planning on buying her out of her share?

    They might be more affordable on today's income, but often were not more affordable at the time of purchase. Not only do you get CG with the passage of time, but incomes increase as well as rents.:D
