Nah! Just tell 'em they rented it "as is" and if they want improvements your are happy to do them, but then the rental will have to be higher.:D This stops them most times.:cool:

I have to agree with Wylie. I have had many very good tenants, however they remain the silent majority. It is the nuisance tenants that get discussed more than anyone else.
