I doubt it. Rixter has a large portfolio and is a regular contributor here. It is reasonable that he would spend a considerable time on the internet dealing with property related activities. On the otherhand someone with one IP and 11 posts does not.

Add to that list all the deductions for a Home Office, but only if you are running a Property Investment Business, which is completely different to someone who has one little IP.
