I'm not an expert, but I perceive that the answer would be no. The contributions don't really have anything to do with the sewer arrangements onsite. I believe it is a charge to help Council with infrastructure due to more people living in the area. :rolleyes:

Are you sure about this? I spoke to them some time ago and was told there were considerable payments to be made. Happy to be proved wrong though.
