Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

I don't think he's trying to be bad, he's just not trying to do anything for himself, which is not endearing him to people. I mean, would you honestly go out of your way to help someone who not only does not listen, but tells you to make "wise posts"? I originally gave an example of a...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Perhaps I would suggest that you did not understand, rather than not being understanding. Two different words with different meanings. The first meaning that you did not quite read the same meaning as I did, while the other implies that you don't care. I think you care, which is why I...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Jaycee, you are jumping to conclusions I fear. I am more than happy to help Newbies, but I do get a little narky if/when some seem to want you to spoon-feed them everything. I don't care how the questions are posed and if I can make sense of them, I will offer assistance. There are countless...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Eric, personal attacks will not get you anywhere. I have not once personally attacted you, merely stated that some of us come here and are more than willing to help those who are willing to help themselves, but draw the line at helping out those who seem to want others to do it all for them...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Eric, you now have 15 posts, 13 of them in this thread. All asking questions, some of which the answers are more than easy to find by reading other threads. It seems you want to be spoon fed the answers, which is probably why you aren't getting the responses you want, and when you do get...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Eric, you only have seven posts to your name, five of them in this thread. Now while that is not a crime, I do suggest you do a little hunting around the forum and do a search on some of the things that you are mentioning in this thread. There are many experienced investors on this forum and...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

Yes, but there are a few doing that at present. The problem lies, I believe, in many don't realise that they can add a g/f. Also, you have the problem of accessing the funds to do this as it isn't as straightforward as a simple purchase. Regardless, these deals are out there and they are...

Can anybody achieve cashflow positive ?

OK, I'll rise to the challenge. Ex housie in West Sydney purchase for around $220k, add a G/F for another $80k. Rental income from house around $300pw & G/F $230-240pw. No, it's not mine but can easily be done. Just need to think outside the box. :D
