I want to know how they pushed the Strata for that through Council. There's only space for around 8 or so cars, so where's the parking for the rest? There were other issues too, which eludes me at the moment.
I think you will find that ALL the houses in Willmot were originally H/C. Just because it wasn't one when it got trashed doesn't mean it was NEVER one.;)
Reminds me of the one at St Mary's not so long ago. Something like 30 Studios & it went for over $3m with a heap of money to spend on it & no way it would be able to be Strata'd.

LOL! Poor valuer! He came in the house & asked if he could go outside. There's glass doors on either side of the meals/family room. I said for heavens sake, use those doors (pointing right), cause if you use the other ones, you'll get overtaken by a swarm of cats. :D

BTW, in 2003, the Agent doing the DH Auctions was Elliot Shiner. Auctions were often done on site. After the auction, Aaron would take the underbidders on a tour, showing their available stock, & sell it for really good prices.
