    Positive Cash Flow Properties

To be honest, I don't really care! I usually do a back of the envelope calculation on the spot. I've only just put together a spread sheet as we've got a heap of stuff now, & working out what's to stay & what's to go. I like having everything altogether, so I get an overview of the whole...

OK, I've left one property there, with the formula's because I don't know how to make them stay without that. I'm not that cluey with this sort of stuff.

Do the formula's stay, if you clear all the fields? I'm happy to share, although it doesn't have any bells & whistle's, and I'm sure that there are a lot more user-friendly than what I've got.

Um....one word. NO! Sure, I could give plenty of examples, but I feel that doing that is irresponsible. People need to learn how to do it for themselves. You know, teach a person how to fish, rather than feed them a fish. That's what's good about this forum. Newbies can come & learn...

    Positive Cash Flow Properties

FWIW, it's not hard to find or list cashflow positive properties. There are tons of places that have a good yield. I just don't understand what you are trying to do, or what benifit it will have for anyone.

It seems you do. Ah, so now we get down to the nitty gritty. It's not really a free service at all. You put up a free taster, but you then are more than happy to negotiate a fee to find something suitable for the purchaser.

You only have properties listed, yet there are thousands of properties that fit the criterion. Do you get any kickback from these?
