Fixed Loan Break Fees
to break or not to break ! NAB has huge break fee - I am in 2 minds if I should break. 1.4M loan at 8.10% another 3 years to go - Break fee is now ..... 64K if break today :(. (An expensive lesson for sure !) What's does your crystal ball say ? break break not break break not :confused:- soyabean

NAB has quoted 54K fees to break a loan of 1.4 M , 3 year left at fixed rate of 8.1% :eek:- soyabean
