What’s involved in getting the lot sizes reduced to minimum/ how hard is it?
What Im asking is what’s the point of having a minimum lot size if you have to keep to an average lot size? I thought you could apply for 10% variation on minimum lot sizes?

The thing that I’m getting pretty excited about is the reduced lot sizes of R20 zoning. (440 down to 350) Fair few upper market 728sqm blocks now look pretty interesting! Do you think the masses will cotton on pretty quick and there is potential for over supply?

Granted Balga sites look more attractive than Mirrabooka. Even still I have run the numbers and I still don’t think there is enough Fat to make it worth while! Maybe if you were just going to by a block and site on it in Balga maybe……. but then there is talk of rezoning to reduce infill...
What does everyone think of Hamersley?
Prices seem good atm (500K for 728sqm) and I did read somewhere on the Vincent website that they are looking to make it higher density, does anyone have any details on this?
