Strannik I think you need to sign it and send it back quick smart if that is the case, you are talking about the lease for the house you are living in aren't you not one of your tenant leases?

Yes I would, I was just asking the question after reading that it had been done. No such plans for myself, just now staying with 6 month leases and putting in increases as and when it is appropriate as recommended by the managing agent.
In that case Wylie the $60 seems to be ok, I know my bigger increases only happen between tenants, one rent for an existing tenant is about to go up $25 but it will still be $25 less than the house next door.
