I unfortunately transferred most of my USD back already to pay for a few settlements. I earn USD though so that's a natural hedge I guess.

I think the point is that last year you could buy better places than that one for 1.1 mil. A friend bought a couple last years at the 1.1 mil price range and they are superior to the linked property in every way.
