    There are always anomalies if you look hard enough (I generally flicked them a quick email pointing out the error eg. street that didn't exist), but the vast majority of the info. is good and useful.

    Would buying the $50 postcode reporty for 3087 provide you with the info. you need? (ie. that gives you addresss, price, date, land size, lot no., building size, no. of rooms, yr built etc)

    Rob, it's useful when you're actively buying (which defines your permenant stage of the cycle! :D ) or planning/developing etc, but otherwise it's a fairly expensive 'toy.' Since our official plans don't involve buying for another 2-3yrs now, I've bit the bullet and cancelled my service...
