Not sure Beaumaris is considered a regional! Also on the apartment stats I would say that is unreliable. I would say not even 1% of housing in Beaumaris is units which in a way does bode well for capital gain due to scarcity but it doesn't come with the lifestyle most unit dwellers are after...
