    Alot of people have made their money in the later sessions of their lives, and as long as it's still before retirement, you just need to be thankful you got it done. Too many people are growing old and are not financially self reliant.

    im 20, bought my first IP when i was 18. bought another IP last year. They are both negative geared properties, have built up around 180k in equity. Not sure of my next move as ive stretched my servicability. Might just wait it out until i have enough to carry out a development.
