    You should do the other way around, if you bought investment first you'll lost your FHOG and the free stamp duty, all you get is 5k. And don't get me wrong I do like brand new properties and I've always come very close signing up a contract but it just never happens lol

    but also be mindful that brand new OTP can just have as much issues as old ones, sometimes more....... and remember the law just recently changed that to claim warranty on developers you can only do it within the first 3 years or 2? can't remember...
