Hang on on reading this again, have you gained early access and done a reno, or is this just prior to settlement and you want it to be how it was at your last inspection? sunshine

Make sure you do a final inspection before settlement to see if things are how they should be. If something is not right, settlement can be delayed until it is rectified. Make sure you have a decent Solicitor/Conveyancer. Sunshine
