    Plenty of places going in girrawheen now at 400 plus - had a desktop on mine done yesterday and its up 15 percent in three months

    Not much around under 400 in girrawheen now. No reason why it couldn't go further - it's no worse an area than V Balga or Nollamara and development sites in those areas carry higher price tags. Ill put a carton on the rezoning going through - coalition government and max light rail both...

    lol I was just looking and was going to post the same place - its not that much bigger than the standard 692m2 block - will be watching with interest as to what it sells for, mine is not far from here.

    How is it any less sustainable that what is happening in Sydney. Sure, it's a **** area in some respects but its still affordable and they (the government ) seem to be making en effort to improve this part if Perth.

    I'd rather buy two or three of these places than one expensive dog box with a courtyard on the edge of the city. As for the who knows - any investment strategy relies on a who knows scenario Each to their own
