Fair enough. With the larger insurers, wardrobes, carpets seem to be covered under the buildings insurance, so therefore there is no need for contents insurance as well (assuming there are no appliances and furniture at the IP for the tenants to use).

For people who have Landlord buildings cover, what is the use of having contents cover as well?
