Tom, good advice. I talked to the guy who owned the home originally (works at GJ Garnder) and his thoughts were to rip the garden out also. Mentioned to cut gaps in the Kwikkurb as well every metre. Spoke to the engineer who did the original report, gave me nothing. Getting a second opinion...

Question, would you still buy this house based on the chance of further movement? Really need to get a hold of the engineer in the morning and get his thoughts.
