I agreed with an earlier posts that 6% was too low a yeild for a comm property. If 6% was too low, then 20% less than 6% (5%) must be too low as well? I should have clarified that it was my opinion only.

so now the rental yeild is 5%..... Either your paying too much rent, or the vendor has unrealistic sale expectations.
