    i know exactly what you mean thought i found a great one in kingston wasn't until i got in the backyard that i noticed 8 x 40m high pine tree just on my side of the boundry! defiantly not a headache i want

    i still think their is room for growth in the bottom end especially when you can still buy places that are neutrally geared , those areas i have mention haven't had anything that impressive in terms of growth around (8%)last 12 months and being that close to brisbane its only going to continue...

    on a house @ 225k buy renting for 300p/w which is around a 6.90% yield i worked out it was going cost $20 p/w without factoring in maintenance I'm looking for a good cash-flow place atm do you think you can still find houses around the 7.5% yield in logan

    check council rates when working out all your yearly holding costs a few places i looked at in eagleby were around $3200 a year which turned most of the place into negative ones pretty quickly
