Settle down!! You are reading way too much into my reply. As I said you were saying BC raised the fees which is different to you deciding to raise them. How you set your fees is YOUR decision. I don't give a hoot how you pay your bills. I've got enough of my own. Thanks anyway.

OK so YOU (and other owners) decided to increase the levies. That's different to the BC increased the fees which is what I thought you were saying..

Strata fees are decided on and set by the owners at the AGM. Did you go? Did you vote for an increase? Strata mangers don't just "decide" to increase fees. Sounds dodgy to me.
