yeah sorry - on reflection, slum is a bit harsh...I do a bit of social work in Keperra, so I deal with some of the worst of it... There are a couple of nicer pockets.
1) it's a slum - heaps of housing commission and low income
2) it has buckets of potential - but may take a while yet to be realised.
3) I live up the road so know it VERY well - has my interest but not just yet.
