Dual occ

Have spoken to a town planner a few months ago:
the ballpark figures for a dual occ (2 houses on 2 separate titles) is not going to be cheap:mad:
For my case it will be about 60k upwards that includes
a) contribution charge : 21-22K
b) surveyor D.A 7-8K
c) council...
