    ME Bank vs Homeside Pray tell what is "DUA?" and to the previous poster, you are right about Homeside, 2 years fixed at 4.99% not 3 years... I am now leaning towards ME Bank especially this ...

    ME Bank vs Homeside Hiya Both now offer 4.99% fixed for 3 years with no monthly transaction fees... So i guess it all comes down to: a) service b) ease of top up/splits c) exit fee d) revert interest rate once 3 years is up Anyone care to comment?:D

    Fixed rates Hiya Quick question: suppose you fixed rates with Bank A for 3 years...is it easy to extract equity from Bank A to use as a deposit for another IP? Do they make it difficult for you knowing that they have you "captured" for 3 years? would like to hear your experience

    BAnk West Nah...loan size is only 220K; at variable rate of 6.18% -0.2% (assumed latest drop) = 5.98 Compared to their 3 yr fixed of 5.54% and on top of incurring $500 "transfer " fee plus $12 per month "transaction" fee, is just too much for me to stomach:eek:

    Bankwest Hiya i am currently on their Rate Tracker loan which is expiring soon and will revert back to their Premium Home Loan 6.18%...i am thinking of fixing 3 years at 5.54% but they tell me i have to incur a transfer cost of $499:eek: I am not happy:(...anyone knows how to get around this?

    Fixed rates Bank West 3 yrs at 5.54% BUT Homeside NAB 3 yrs at 5.64%:(
