Brooke, The thing to remember is you should buy IPs that caters for the whole market. ie. Affordable for the majority of people. RPI, Wholly cow already 11 properties...im 28 as well ..got only 2 properties...but mine are in the inner melbourne suburbs.. Are urs in the inner brisbane or out in the country. Do u look for +ve geared properties or negative geared properties. Well done and congrats on ur 11...- vluu28
