    While were on the subject.. does anyone have a clue when the Girrawheen zoning is going through!! I've been told big time developers are delaying the process for some reason...not sure if this is a rumour or not

    I think I am very confused. I know investors that say develop and sell them all off and then re-invest/duplicate your investments elsewhere and then other investors who say always hold to increase property values over time. Really don't know what the smarter option is.

    To build a unit in girrawheen after the rezoning goes through would it be better to hold or sell at a profit? Also does anyone think newly built Girrawheen units will sell at the prices Balga units are going for?

    You can purchase reports on the RP Data website. Does anyone know if the prices in Girrawheen will go back to normal anytime soon? or will the prices remain inflated until the rezoning actually commences?
