Why not grate the whole salad roll instead and eat it from a bowl with a spoon. The flavours would blend in well and it would solve the problem of grated carrot falling out of the bun :).

Personally I've never heard of people being put out by grated carrots that much, that they complain about them and would appreciate a solution (cutting with a potato peeler would solve the problem, btw). I could be wrong though :confused:. Those that would be annoyed, would probably be...
